Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Nimium CommV, which trades as BAS Group. Registered office: Schorsemolenstraat 66, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Belgium. Enterprise number: BE 0718.674.978. Email: [email protected].
What data we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form. That is your name, your work email address, your company, your role, the topic you choose and your message. We also record the language of the form, the page you sent it from and your browser's user agent.
Your name, email address and message are required. Without them, we cannot answer you. The other fields are optional.
To deliver the website and protect the form, Cloudflare also processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser characteristics.
Why we use your data
We use your data to answer your request. If you wish, we also use it to prepare a possible collaboration.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We also rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). That interest is answering business enquiries and protecting the form against spam and bots.
Who receives your data
We use two processors. They process your data only on our behalf.
Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile). Cloudflare hosts this website and protects the contact form with Turnstile.
Google (Sheets and Apps Script). Your request is stored in a Google Sheet. Google Apps Script sends us an email notification.
For Turnstile, Cloudflare may also use technical signals to improve its bot detection. For that use, Cloudflare acts as an independent controller. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For transfers to the United States, these providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where that framework does not apply, they rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for 12 months. After that, we delete it from the Google Sheet and also erase the notification emails about your request from our inbox. If a client relationship follows, we keep the data needed for that relationship.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data. You can ask us to correct or erase it. You can ask us to restrict its use. You can object to its processing. You can ask to receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Your right to complain
You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising tools.
When you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage under the key "lang". This only stores your language. It is not sent to us.
The contact pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs without cookies. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
